This is a draft framework for owner legal review, not a completed legal agreement. Do not rely on this text as final terms. The owner must review consumer terms, privacy, age restrictions and whether community funding claims bring fundraising obligations into scope.
1. Membership
AAE Rewards is a commercial membership and partner discount platform operated by All Access Experiences (sole trader). Membership is available in four tiers: Free (ongoing, no payment card), Community ($20/month), Supporter ($50/month) and Champion ($100/month). All paid prices include GST. There is no automatic move from Free to a paid tier.
2. Discounts
Members access agreed discounts from participating partner businesses. Discounts become enforceable only when a partner agrees. Target discount rates (2%, 5%, 10%, 20%) are catalogue targets, not guaranteed rates. Individual offers may have exclusions, minimum spend, caps and usage limits shown before redemption. AAE does not reimburse partner discounts unless separately agreed.
3. Billing & Cancellation
Paid memberships are billed monthly with automatic renewal via Stripe. You can cancel anytime in Account without contacting staff. Cancellation stops renewal but retains paid benefits until the end of the paid period, then reverts to Free. No annual commitment or hidden joining fee applies.
4. Allocation
100% of eligible paid membership revenue is allocated across All Access Families, Momentum Hubs, Rise Outreach and Power Up & Fire Up. Eligible revenue excludes GST, refunds and chargebacks. Membership payments are not tax-deductible donations. Allocation is an internal management ledger, not an automatic bank transfer.
5. Refunds
We do not use a blanket "no refunds" policy. Refund requests and complaints are handled through a defined pathway with owner-reviewed terms that preserve applicable consumer rights. Partial refunds do not automatically cancel all access.
6. No Gambling or Reward Points
This platform does not include raffles, prize draws, lottery entries, random rewards, betting, cash wallets, transferable credits, reward points, investment returns or public social messaging.
7. Age
Accounts are for people aged 18 and over at initial launch. This is a product setting, not a statement that all discount memberships legally require adulthood. App age attestation is not proof of age and does not replace a business's own checks for regulated services.
